Cancellation – Refund Policy

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Once full payment has been made confirmation will be sent and no refund can be issued. We regret we have to do this; however, all bookings involve administrative costs.  Alternatively, a substitute delegate can attend the course in your place, and there will be no extra charge for making a substitution.

Unfortunately, if you fail to attend your chosen and booked date, then simply moving to another date isn’t an option. Catering and other costs are paid upfront and factored onto our prices. After a consultation, we may be able to move you, if places are available but a cost of up to 75% of the original fee will be expected. This is to cover loss of another placement, catering and administrative costs.

late Payment Charges 

we regret to have to charge fees but if an invoice remains unpaid after a 30 day period then ‘statutory interest’ will be added from the date the invoice was overdue this is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions.

Candidate Substitutions

There shall be no charge if a customer wishes to send another person to replace the original candidate if notified within 7 days of course date.  Please inform us in writing of any change to the original booking, otherwise the course will be treated as a cancellation.

Course Content

QNUK/FAA/Highfield MiniMedics courses are constantly being updated and improved.  We reserve the right to alter any of our courses without prior notice.

Candidate Minimum Age

Please note:  We cannot accept candidates on courses who are below the relevant Awarding Bodies minimum age:

Medical History/Health Condition

On booking the course the customer must forward, in writing, any information that may affect safety during any course, this includes any dietary requirements.


Candidates will not be accepted on to the course if we believe that he/she is under the influence of any substance likely to affect safety.

Dietary Requirements

Candidates must inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least a week before the course commences. we cannot be held responsible for issues that occur as a result of not informing us of your requirements.

Special Needs Requirements

Please notify us prior to commencement of the course if any of your employees have any disabilities or literacy problems so that we may provide appropriate provisions and assistance.

Test Results

When requested we shall provide a copy of the candidates results percentage, but we cannot let you have the test paper back


Certification Requirements & Training Records

If you are attending a Aid at Work Re qualification you must email us a copy of your previous certificate so we can prove the qualification is active before you qualify.

Any delay in issuing of certification provided by the Awarding Bodies is beyond our control, although we will endeavor to provide all certification as soon as possible.  Provisional licences and/or covering letters will be provided where appropriate in these cases.
